Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Day 7 started with a giant breakfast provided by our amazing AirBnB hosts and was followed by some tips for what to see on the Snæfellsness  peninsula. We headed down to Snæfellsjökull National Park to see some lighthouses, beaches, and sea cliffs, including Skarðsvík, one of the few white sand beaches in Iceland. After a few more stops, we had lamb stew for lunch at Primus Kaffi in Hellnar and continued on to Ytri-Tunga beach where we saw a couple seals sunning themselves and playing in the water.
